The occupiers were into year three of a ten year lease arrangement and wanted to look at ways of reducing there overheads both short and long term. Flick were invited to offer a solution for reducing energy consumption for the main open area offices only. Our objective was to reduce energy using new LED lighting technology but also to improve on the poor lighting levels and enhance the overall general office environment.
