The management of the Toronto Eaton Centre wanted to automate the vehicle access into the facility to make parking more comfortable and user-friendly for owners, employees and residents. Another requirement was to improve the convenience factor of tenants without sacrificing security. Due to the read range advantage of the TRANSIT Entry, this reader features a certified minimum read range of 12 feet (4 meters), Nedap Identification Systems was chosen for this project. This robust reader has been specifically designed to perform in situations where a reliable long read range is essential.
