Case Study – Colchester Garrison PFI Client: RMPA Services Location: Colchester Garrison PFI Background: Colchester Garrison is one of the largest PFI projects delivered to date. Built in two phases, the project included the design and construction of more than 110 buildings. The accommodation blocks were a mixture of modular design and build, with furniture being installed on the production lines, as well as traditional methods. We were tasked to develop an schedule of requirements in conjunction with the MOD which met all of the necessary Joint Service Provision scales and established functional requirements of DAS furniture.
