Process Description The automated warehouse stores product by removing palletized loads from the end of the bottling line with the automated guided vehicles and transporting the loads via a fixed path to one of eight pallet rotators. The load rotator changes the orientation of the pallet 90 degrees prior to induction into the automated storage and retrieval system. The automated storage and retrieval machine then picks up the load and places it into an empty storage location in the rack structure. The warehouse management system then selects specific pallets of product to fulfill order requirements. There are two different ways in which pallets are processed through the system and onto a delivery truck: Some of the selected pallets are retrieved from the storage location
