Customer Story SITE NAME | Sonoran Desert Wildlife LOCATION | Sonora, MexicoGOAL El Estero “El Soldado” was declared a State Protected Area in Sonora, Mexico and is home to an incredibly diverse collection of wildlife, even serving as the habitat for several endangered species. El Soldado wanted to find a way to provide the animals with a renewable water source without disrputing their fragile habitat. CHALLENGE The Sonoran Desert is prone to severe drought, especially during hot summer months, leaving the animals without a reliable source of drinking water in the desert. Often they would travel long distances to find water, putting their lives in danger.
