A city began using BIO ENERGIZER ® to increase solids destruction efficiency in their aerobic digesters. In a three-month period BIO ENERGIZER ® saved the city the disposal cost associated with 78.4 dry tons of sludge. This represented a 72% cost savings in solids handling. The city operates a 2.75 mgd trickling filter plant with primary and secondary clarification, gravity thickener, aerobic digestion and belt filter press. FIELD REPORT C
