Churchwood Gardens Location Forest Hill Programme 2016 - Ongoing Sectors Residential Client Loromah Estates Appointments Architecture The primary objective of the client was to maximise the potential value of the site by maximising the developable area without impacting theexisting landscaping on the site. It was important to respect the garden feel of the site as it was highly valuable to the neighbours. The stepped pro le of the buildings allows for the formation of a cascade of ‘green’ roof spaces at di ering levels, with biodiversity as a planting priority. The closed facades have been designed to have an extruded centre that will allow for sunlight to enter rooms, while not allowing direct overlooking.
