Choate Rosemary Hall
Client Profile Choate Rosemary Hall, amongst the top 50 Boarding schools in the US, is nestled on 450 acres in the rolling hills of Wallingford, CT and celebrated its 125th anniversary in 2015. Sustainability is woven into the curriculum, student life, and school operations to ensure students gain a fuller awareness of the world and their impact on it. This is demonstrated in the construction of the new 44,700 square foot, 3 story St John Hall Campus Center, opened in April 2017. Utilizing geothermal heating and cooling, along with other green features, the facility is LEED Gold certified.
