Chiquita Ridge Mixed-Use & Sports Complex Studies Rancho Santa Margarita, California HSP worked on two separate studies for the City of Rancho Santa Margarita in Orange County, California. The first study was for a large mixed-use development of the Chiquita Ridge Property. The second study was an assessment of the market, demand, financial feasibility and economic and fiscal impact of a proposed 23- acre sports and recreation complex, which included aquatics facilities, as part of the Chiquita Ridge Property development. The City was considering development of the site to support athletic programs and generate new tournament-oriented spending from visiting teams.
