Cherokee Mills was originally built as a textile mill in 1917 and has since been a potato chip factory operating as Tom’s Potato Chips, a department store (Atlantic Mills) that operated from the 1950’s to the 1980’s, a Call Center for large scale users such as Travelers Insurance, and finally converted to a multi- tenant Class A office facility in 2007 with a restaurant and fitness center onsite. Realty Trust Group is a tenant at Cherokee Mills and has also been the exclusive leasing agent, project manager and property management company for Cherokee Mills since 2013.
