Background Cheltenham College has a long-term plan to provide additional facilities and rationalise their existing facilities (including car parking) as part of the future development of the college. The first element involved the provision of a new building for the Estates department, together with an extension to one of the sports halls. Cole Easdon Consultants (CEC) used their expertise to produce a Transport Statement and Travel Plan to support the college’s planning application, enabling it to achieve planning consent rapidly.
