This project provided new accommodation to co-locate the School of Education’s art, music, science and technology departments under one roof including: new wood, metal and plastics workshops, biology, chemistry and physics laboratories, music rehearsal and performance spaces, a recording studio, computer laboratories and art studios as well as staff offices and student facilities. The existing building was refurbished on four levels and there was also a new extension to provide up-to-date classrooms with all the latest technology.
