Introduction Located on the upper west side of New York City, this five-story brownstone was originally equipped with classic Crestron devices including a PRO3 control system and D3 Pro® lighting control software. Built in the 1920s, the building was overdue for a major overhaul. The homeowners replaced nearly all of its major components: plaster, plumbing, flooring, electric, heating, and air conditioning.
