Kleinfelder was selected by the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) to provide engineering services for construction materials testing, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) oversight, and special inspections for the LYNX Blue Line Extension (BLE) Northeast Corridor Light Rail.
