Paessler helped the University of Mosul by providing PRTG Network Monitor, enabling the IT team to gain greater visibility across the entire university network spanning 100 buildings. PRTG monitored critical components such as main routers, core and distribution switches, WiFi access points, bandwidth, and the ISP connection. This real-time monitoring allowed the university to support remote online learning, optimize bandwidth usage, adjust subscriptions to save costs, and remotely monitor critical infrastructure like temperature and power, freeing IT staff to focus on their core duties.
