Healthwise, a nonprofit with more than 40 years of experience providing consumer health content and patient education, shifted from print to digital services and increasingly relied on third parties for hosting and product delivery. As partnerships expanded and protected health information became part of its ecosystem, Healthwise needed stronger, ongoing validation of vendor security beyond subjective, point-in-time questionnaires. The platform also supports detailed risk insights and self-assessment of Healthwise’s own posture.
