HOW IT STARTED: A commercial NYC management company retained NuEnergen to audit their electricity invoices. THE PROCESS: During the client’s electric supply invoices audit, NuEnergen found that the client’s supply invoices were incorrectly billed for the wrong Capacity tags for two years by the supplier. The supplier was using the capacity tags from the time of contract which should have been updated with the change in NYISO Capability Year since it was a capacity pass through contract.
