Minturn Huller, an almond huller and sheller cooperative located in Chowchilla, California is repeating the rewards of their 540 kW ground mount solar installation. The agricultural facility serves more than 260 almond growers in the valley and runs almost 24 hours a daty, 7 days a week from mid-August to November. Minturn's photovoltaic system has 2,702 Canadian Solar CS6P-200PE eModules harvesting sunlight and saving the facilities and estimated 20% off their annual electric bill which represents savings of approximately $40,000 per year.
