Blythe Commingled Plume #4 (CP4) is comprised of four individual sites designated by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board - Colorado River Basin Region (RWQCB) as Sites A through D located along West Hobsonway. The plume area contained elevated concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbons in the soil and groundwater. The RWQCB approved mobile HVDPE to clean up the site to closure.
