CASE STUDY  HEALTHCARE YYF  Caerphilly General Hospital Bam Construction Shire were appointed as a subcontractor to supply, manufacture, pre-plumb and install the IPS Panelling and Plumbing Connections at YYF (Caerphilly General Hospital). This project was managed by Bam Construction, with Shire providing on-site management and off-site fabrication teams. Shire were also appointed on this project to undertake the supply and installation of the accessible and disabled grab rail package. The final plumbing connections package consisted of the hot and cold copper feeds and waste connections, and connecting to pipework or valves installed by Lorne Stewart.
