MAKING THE PAST A LITTLE MORE GREEN Originally built in 1931, Brunswig Square has gotten its second wind as an oasis for the creative set. Located in Los Angeles’ Little Tokyo neighborhood, Brunswig Square features seven floors of creative office space and more than 33,000 square feet of street-level retail space. Originally built as a warehouse for the Brunswig Drug Co., the renovations were completed with an eye towards energy efficiency, earning the structure the coveted LEED Gold certification. 01.
