! ! Challenge Pacific had to fit out to an extremely tight deadline a well-established bar/restaurant for Mitchells & Butlers plc, the UK’s leading operators of pubs and restaurants. The project threw up a series of demanding requirements, both in terms of contract details and the actual delivery of a project which involved a historically sensitive and significant building. Approach Pacific drew on their vast experience of delivering to deadline and to budget and on their familiarity with the client company, having successfully completed numerous contracts for them over a number of years.
