When Bracknell Forest Homes decided to improve the thermal efficiency of their housing stock to help residents control fuel bills, they choose Anglian Building Products (Anglian) to install External Wall Insulation (EWI). Using a Weber Therm XM system, Anglian upgraded 240 No Fines Homes across the Great Hollands and Wildridings areas. The project was launched with a consultation with a group of residents, jointly hosted by Bracknell Forest Homes, Anglian and Weber. Anglian appointed a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer. EWI has not only improved the thermal efficiency of the housing stock and reduced fuel bills, but it has also enhanced the appearance of the neighbourhood.
