CGL was appointed by The Cavanna Group to undertake a review of the former Boston's Boatyard site in Oreston, Plymouth, as part of their pre-purchase assessment to determine viability for development. Prior to CGL's involvement previous assessments had determined the development as potentially unfeasible based on contamination and geotechnical impediments.
