The Brief: The Brief: Bluebell Park Apartments is a landmark Liverpool residential scheme backed by ex-Liverpool footballer, Steve Gerrard. Built in 2015 in response to a report which highlighted the glaring inadequacies in the provision of suitable housing for some of the most vulnerable people in society, the 122 one and two-bedroom apartments cater for the health and care needs of those over the age of 50. CP Electronics were approached by the contractor, Quartz Electrical, to provide an easy to install, energy-ecient solution which could also be linked to the building’s re alarm system.
