opportunity Working together with Primedia Outdoor, a leading Out-of-Home media and advertising business in Africa, Pro Visual was tasked to supply an energy efficient retrofit product for the group’s premium billboards. The existing lighting was 400W High Pressure Sodium (HPS) lights with magnetic gear and typically deployed next to busy motorways or roads. Billboard sizes varied between 12m2 all the way up to 81m2 and had to operate in extreme temperature variances (between 0 and 35 degrees C in summer).
