Drum’s mission across all of their projects is to create environmentally- friendly housing that will subsequently cut fuel bills for each resident. The first building is a conventional two-storey residential property containing two semi- detached homes. The second building is a red-brick bungalow designed to provide accessibility for wheelchair users through the provision of a large wet-floor bathroom, step-free access and household fittings
