Bay Shore Drive Storm Sewer Improvements Client: Village of Sister Bay Location: Sister Bay, Wisconsin The Village of Sister Bay worked with the Department of Transportation to develop plans to reconstruct Bay Shore Drive (STH 42) through downtown Sister Bay. In advance of roadway reconstruction, Sister Bay upgraded utilities including new water mains and relocating and upsizing sanitary sewers. Storm sewers were constructed in coordination with DOT’s design for STH 42. Donohue provided analysis of upstream flows and design of new storm sewers to convey this flow to the DOT project. Donohue also designed the storm sewer and a new outfall to convey stormwater from the outlet of the DOT project to the bay of Green Bay.
