What we did Following from an on-site incident in which an employee suffered a heart attack, we were asked to provide Anglian Water employees with training in basic life support and automated external defibrillation. Since the training, one employee went on to implement their new skills using basic life support skills to sustain life until paramedics arrived on the scene.
