Barburrito has partnered with The Restaurant Group (TRG) to open outlets at airports, and this was the first contract Pacific signed with the company who are major players in the UK restaurant scene with more than 500 outlets at various locations across the country. Situated in a unit beyond security at the airport, it used to house a bar before being selected to be the new home for a Barburrito. Downtime had to be kept to a minimum – for the benefit of the clients and the airport.
