Schneider Electric aimed to connect with SME business owners in the industrial automation industry, despite having no prior relationship with them. To overcome this challenge, inbound marketing strategies were employed by creating relevant content, such as a government automation grant guide and video interviews with industry experts. This helped build trust and engagement, driving nearly 100 participants to attend their Innovation Talk event. The campaign was successful and nominated as a finalist for the SICC 2020 Awards for Most Scalable Collaboration.
