PROJECT DESCRIPTION OUTCOMES IMPLEMENTATION Before CareSuite, residents needed to sign a paper before receiving their medica?on, and the resident didn’t like that process. The complexity of passing meds some?mes prevented residents from taking their medica?on. Training new employees was extremely difficult. Training averaged 3-4 days, but with CareSuite employees were trained in 45 minutes. The staff loves that they are alerted before med errors occur.
