AYRSHIRE COLLEGE DAM PARK BUILDING AYR Project name : Despite a very tight 8-week window to work – the time in which there are no students attending Ayr College - Worksmart delivered another first-class project of approximately £600,000 at the Dam Park Building. The work involved a full strip-out and fast-track multi-trade refurbishment fit-out of 17,000sq ft, along with additional works to form the new care suites and music rooms. These new services all required power, lighting, ventilation and heating. 15 different trades were utilised for this project over the course of the 8 weeks and it was completed both on-time and budget, with no reportable incidents.
