AVENUE BAPTIST CHURCH
This exciting new scheme saw a run-down church brought back to life as full refurbishment works were carried out for the first time since the 2nd world war. The project involved the remodelling and complete strip out of the church interior including removal of the organ, choir structure and all internal features. The ground floor was replaced with an insulated ground floor slab and under floor heating incorporating a stage area with a curved acoustic wall behind. Above the stage the four large stained glass windows were replaced with new designs created to match the modern feel of the church.
