In 2012 NAB were voted the fifth greenest company in the world by Newsweek in the US. NAB were committed to reporting their sustainability efforts on a global scale across all their subsidiaries but were doing this using a combination of email and spreadsheets to manage their data. NAB have two reporting periods – half year and end of year reporting. As a result, twice yearly they had to review 15 spreadsheets of data for every subsidiary; 165 in total.
