Summary DMC developed a machine vision inspection system to measure the size and position of chemical reagent droplets on a medical device. The customer added uorescein to the chemical reagent so that the drop would uoresce under certain lighting conditions. DMC’s software compared the drops’ sizes and positions to acceptable criteria and generated a pass/fail result. Data and images for each inspection was logged for later traceability.
