GGSR is owned by Hindustan Mittal Energy Limited (HMEL) a joint venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and Mittal Energy Investments Pte Ltd, Singapore, a Lakshmi N Mittal Group Company.
