Belfast City Arts presents “An Audio-visual Work in a Shop Window” composed by B. Comac. From 8th August until 6th September 2013, Thursday – Saturday, 3pm – 6pm each day, you can hear Whispering Window in action in Belfast. The work consists of a video of the singer Sarmen Almond performing a score written by the composer. A recording was made and the finished work rear projected onto holographic screen material attached to the shop window. The sound is projected through the glass by a Feonic speaker attached to the window.
