An Artful Residence The Camberwell College of Arts campus in London is beneting from a £62 million regeneration, led by architects Stephen Marshall LLP. The project includes a regeneration of the existing ‘Brutalist’ 1970s building, a new academic building and Gardens House, a new 264- room residence for students. The facade of the new student residential block features an attractive open rainscreen. “We used Powerlon UV Colour FR for areas of perforated cladding where the perforations were greater than fty percent of the panel area. The membrane needed to be waterproof, breathable and UV stable. We also wanted a dark, neutral background to the perforations.
