An Air Source Heat Pump System for Beachside Restaurant, Oxwich Bay
This 19 th Century coalhouse building at the southern end of Oxwich bay has a rich and varied history having been initially used as a storage location for coal, brought in by boat, from the turn of the century to the beginning of the 1950’s. It was requisitioned during the war and has since been a café and a water sport centre, however it has remained empty since the 1990’s and was considered a “blot” on the beautiful Gower coastline by many local residents.
