America Needs You (ANY), a NYC nonprofit, mentors first-generation college students—called Fellows—through intensive career development, tackling low 11% six-year bachelor's completion rates among low-income peers due to systemic navigation, finances, and disconnected learning. Supporting degree completion and post-college jobs for economic mobility, ANY explored digitizing its curriculum pre-pandemic, accelerating with COVID-19. Instructure's Canvas LMS enabled seamless online delivery, interactive modules, and scalable access—enhancing engagement, tracking progress, and bridging classroom skills to long-term opportunities effectively.
