Through a series of mergers and acquisitions, AmerCareRoyal ended up with 3 different customer relationship management (CRM) systems, plus a variety of spreadsheets to generate sales quotes and manage sales opportunities. Without centralized systems and processes, customer communications were getting buried in email. Reps had no easy way to see when quotes were expiring and pricing changed.
