Project Page: Ameera Residences Condo Ameera Residences Condo Developed by the Selangor Dredging Bhd, Ameera Residences has two sections, a low rise block (featuring 53 villas) and a 29 storey tower block (featuring 237 condo units including 5 penthouses) located at SS2, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This project’s suspended swimming pool, podium deck and balancing water tanks was cast using Cementaid’s time-proven Everdure Caltite System, Hydrophobic Pore-blocking Ingredient (HPI) for fully waterproof & corrosion-proof structural concrete. Mixed to the concrete mix, Everdure Caltite admixture chemically & physically seals the concrete’s capillary network against absorption of water and dampness transmission is eliminated. In addition, no membranes or other waterproofing barriers are required
