As part of the refurbishment the alloy wheels would be prepared by hand using grey scotch pads and soapy water which is extremely labour intensive. To speed up the process Diamond Alloys Ltd invested in Vixen's Aquablast 915 vapor blasting machine after they were recommended from another company who were also using one of Vixen’s machines. Since installing the machine they have reduced their preparation time giving a much better surface key. Manually operate, the Aquablast 915 wet blasting cabinet is particularly effective
