Aermec Fan Coils Aermec fan coils were installed and the existing radiator covers were reinstalled. All piping was run in the existing basement pipe chase. Fan coils were hung at the ceiling in the banquet hall utililizing the existing pipe chase as well. Two new condensing boilers replace the existing natural gas boiler.
