Demtech Services, a manufacturer of plastic welding machines, transitioned from QuickBooks to Acumatica due to growth-related limitations and the need for stronger financial controls. Acumatica’s Cloud ERP solution, implemented with a private cloud setup and additional warehouse management features, improved remote employee connectivity, inventory accuracy, and customer service. CFO Roger Collins noted that Acumatica enhanced business intelligence, offered better inventory controls, and provided flexible security settings. The system supports Demtech’s growth, both domestically and internationally, and helps manage their extensive inventory more effectively.
