ActionAid, a global charity operating in 46 countries, launched a digital transformation to streamline finances, boost transparency, and cut costs. Facing disparate, paper-based systems, they adopted Infor SunSystems Cloud and Infor OS to centralize and standardize financial processes across regions. The solution enabled multi-currency support, compliance with local regulations, and consistent reporting. Since rollout began in 2018, 253 users across 36 countries have benefited from improved data management, faster reporting, and lower support costs—allowing finance teams to focus on strategic roles and increasing funds directed to programs and campaigns.
