The implementation enabled quick and inexpensive expansion of customer proxy servers, automated setup changes through API integration, and simplified complex Office 365 operations. These enhancements addressed critical challenges such as deteriorating proxy performance caused by increased cloud application usage and cost overruns from reliance on system integrators.
