It is a one-off building, designed by the GMP Interna3onal and Inros Lackner architecture studios. It is intended as a symbol of the power of the legisla3ve chamber, along with the huge progress made by the country in terms of construc3on, interna3onalisa3on and development. Located in a symbolic enclave (on the founda3ons of the first assembly, on the campus of the old royal citadel of Thang Long) it is the first building of its type in Hanoi.
