The goal: The Lakes by Yoo is a 650-acre site in the heart of the picturesque Cotswolds with contemporary lakeside homes six lakes. The private estate features waterside retreats with 4,5 or 6 bedrooms with starting prices of over £1m. The developers required high-quality electric underfloor heating systems to complement the premium design elements already specified for the properties. They approached Heat Mat.
